A deposit of $250 required on advance reservations.  Personal checks accepted on advance deposits only. 
Deposits & payments refundable if notified 21 days in advance of arrival date, subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  
Balance Due On Arrival (Cash, Travelers Checks, Money Order, Visa, MC, Discover or AE).
SORRY - NO PERSONAL CHECKS ON ARRIVAL

Policies

Rates subject to increase unless secured by advance reservation. Rooms held until 5 pm only, unless otherwise notified. Reservations will not be held without deposit. Deposit is refundable, less 25% service charge, if reservation is cancelled prior to 21 days of arrival. No refunds within 21 days of arrival and after check-in. All refunds are subject to the discretion of Diamond Crest Management at all times. Rates do not apply to Weekends, Holidays, Conventions or Travel Agents and are subject to change at any time depending upon availability. Minimum stays may apply.  Rate is based on number of persons occupying room and is subject to State and local taxes. Guests who wish to invite visitors to spend the days or nights must request and register through the office. Guest fees will apply. One free parking space per unit in our lot. No parking for visitors. NO refund for any reason, including but not limited to, early checkout and no shows. Discover, AE, Visa & MasterCard are welcome at full rate. During the season, check-in can be delayed 1-2 hours due to high occupancy. Check-in after 2: 00 pm. Check-out before 10: 0 am. No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or water guns allowed in the building. Sorry, no pets please.
